The DOSE Study is an open-label randomized trial of daily doxycycline (100mg daily) versus weekly doxycycline (200mg weekly) versus event-driven doxycycline (200mg within 72 hours of STI exposure; standard of care) for STI prevention among men who have sex with men (MSM) engaging in chemsex. Participants will attend quarterly follow-up visits over 12 months for assessment of HIV, bacterial STIs (GC/CT and syphilis), adherence, substance use, and sexual behaviors. All participants who test positive for an STI will receive treatment and undergo repeat testing to document clearance of infection.
