Stimulant Users' Networks (SUN): Biomedical Network-Based Approaches to HIV/STI Prevention among MSM who Engage in Chemsex
Study Overview
Dr. Cherie Blair of UCLA is studying the potential acceptability and impact of different strategies for preventing the spread of HIV and other STIs among men engaged in Chemsex. The study will include one visit during which you will be asked to complete a computer-based survey and provide a blood sample for HIV testing. A randomly selected subset of participants will also be asked to complete an individual interview to discuss the same topics in additional depth.
Study Product
Study consists of a computer-assisted self-interviewing survey, HIV test and urine drug screen test.
Eligibility
18 years of age or older, Biological male at birth, Reported use of methamphetamine in conjunction with sexual activity at least twice during the previous 30-day period
